Base Salary
$103k - $103k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop production AI agents that take real actions for enterprise customers.
- Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture.
- Architect, build, debug, test, and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Partner with clients and sales teams to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor and own iterative delivery from development through deployment.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs rigorously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and execution orientation.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time and work directly with customers.
