Senior Software Developer - ServiceNow
Bristol Myers SquibbResponsibilities
- Design, architect, develop, implement, maintain, and enhance complex ServiceNow solutions and applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and business analysts to analyze requirements and automate business processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring, ticketing, and other IT systems.
- Troubleshoot ServiceNow issues, monitor performance, and support production deployments and upgrades.
- Develop and test solutions, participate in sprint planning, and contribute to development standards and best practices.
- Mentor and train junior developers, conduct code reviews and pair programming, and share technical knowledge.
- Lead team activities, provide technical guidance, and support delivery of project objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 6 years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience with Service Portal, HR Service Delivery, ServiceNow Workspaces, and Virtual Agent.
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Service Catalog, integrations, reporting and analytics, scripting, performance tuning, optimization, workspace development, and family release upgrades.
- Experience with IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, IT Asset Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, or Governance, Risk, and Compliance is advantageous.
- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS, or HRSD certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model framework and ServiceNow security and compliance is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, teamwork, and self-direction skills.
