Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and lead large-scale enterprise, solution, and integration architectures.
- Integrate products with surrounding systems in collaboration with product teams.
- Architect and develop optimized microservices and REST APIs for real-time business operations.
- Lead migrations from monolithic applications to microservices.
- Design and review load balancing, failover, caching, database-driven configuration, and message-driven mechanisms.
- Implement logging, auditing, and API monitoring frameworks aligned with security and compliance requirements.
- Align technology strategies and proposed solutions with business goals and customer expectations.
- Lead teams of more than 10 people and mentor developers and technical leads toward architecture roles.
- Build solution assets and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Use AI tools for automation involving modeling, analysis, and code generation.
Requirements
- Expert experience with integration patterns, microservices architecture, and cloud-native deployments.
- Strong experience defining and implementing enterprise and solution architecture for large projects.
- Proven ability to align technology strategies with business goals and mentor diverse development teams.
- Experience with Java, Python, and Temenos Wealth Suite.
- Ability to lead a team of more than 10 people delivering technology-specific customer solutions.
- Cloud certification in AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of performance engineering.
- TOGAF 9 certification.
