Base Salary

$136k - $237k/yr

Responsibilities

Partner with internal Cloud, DevOps, Security, SRE, platform, product, and IT teams to enable Digital Solutions delivery teams.
Define enterprise cloud architecture principles, standards, methods, and strategic direction.
Design and implement cloud infrastructure templates and related tooling using Terraform.
Design and implement infrastructure and processes supporting blue/green deployments and automated rollback strategies.
Enhance DevOps pipelines and process automations according to CareSource standards.
Integrate Agile product tools with version control systems to automate release documentation.
Lead context-based SRE strategy and delivery for Digital products.
Improve platform reliability, scalability, and performance while reporting metrics to leadership.
Implement alerting, monitoring, incident response, and capacity-planning capabilities with SRE teams.
Conduct technical evaluations and research emerging technologies, and contribute code to new initiatives or development teams.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
At least 10 years of experience in application development, Site Reliability Engineering, systems or automation engineering, or cloud application architecture.
Experience designing and implementing technically diverse application and infrastructure architectures in large-scale enterprise environments.
Experience with cloud application design, architecture, and development; event or message streaming technologies; monitoring and observability; relational and non-relational databases; frontend and backend development practices; infrastructure code; DevOps; IT service management; IT controls; and test automation.
Ability to prioritize and execute work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively, build stakeholder relationships, lead technical evaluations, and contribute code.
Architecture-level certification from a major cloud provider; Azure certifications preferred.
Healthcare IT experience is preferred.
