Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C#/.NET services for XVA, liquidity, and cash-forecasting workflows.
- Contribute to migrating backend services to a modern event-driven architecture.
- Implement asynchronous, message-driven communication using Rebus while ensuring data integrity.
- Participate in source control, CI/CD, and configuration-management processes using Git/Bitbucket, TeamCity/Jenkins, and Ansible.
- Apply LLM and agentic AI capabilities to coding efficiency, code review, and automated testing in an enterprise environment.
- Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and promote object-oriented design, SOLID, and clean-architecture practices.
- Deliver maintainable, well-documented software under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience with C#/.NET, including Windows Services, ASP.NET Web API, and SignalR.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Professional experience with service-oriented architectures and asynchronous messaging, including Rebus.
- Advanced knowledge of MS SQL and hands-on experience with Git/Bitbucket, TeamCity/Jenkins, and Ansible.
- Familiarity with ORM libraries such as Dapper and version-controlled build pipelines.
- Understanding of LLM capabilities in software development and practical experience with agentic AI engineering in an enterprise environment.
- Excellent English communication skills at C1 level.
- Frontend experience with HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or Redux is desirable.
- Financial-domain knowledge involving financial products, PnL explain, risk measures, XVA, liquidity risk, cash forecasting, balance-sheet metrics, or pre-trade workflows is desirable.
