Responsibilities
- Build and maintain web applications, APIs, and backend services for the patient advocacy platform.
- Design and implement automated QA and monitoring systems for patient outcomes and advocate performance.
- Develop internal tools and dashboards to streamline clinical workflows.
- Architect data models and pipelines for a growing marketplace of advocates, providers, and patients.
- Collaborate with the founder and clinical team to translate operational bottlenecks into product solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional engineering experience in relevant roles at tech and product-driven companies.
- Proficient in one or more backend languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or Typescript.
- Strong focus on reliability, safety, and performance in production environments.
- Interest in AI/ML, though direct experience is not required.
- Ability to thrive in fast-growing, product-driven companies with loosely defined tasks.
