Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-driven automation solutions for enterprise clients across digital platforms and distributed systems.
- Develop and deploy machine learning and GenAI models for operational automation, decision support, and workflow optimization.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems using APIs, automation frameworks, orchestration tools, and system integration practices.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and model evaluation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to define requirements and deliver production-ready solutions.
- Apply AI and automation techniques to improve service reliability, network operations, platform performance, and customer experience.
- Support deployment in cloud-based and distributed environments while ensuring scalability, performance, and operational readiness.
- Continuously apply emerging AI/ML and GenAI capabilities to improve solution effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience is required.
- Strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, GenAI, automation frameworks, APIs, system integration, and orchestration concepts.
- Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Experience with data pipelines, feature engineering, model evaluation, and scalable deployment practices.
- Familiarity with cloud-based or distributed deployment environments.
- Ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams in a distributed delivery model.
- Experience in telecom, communications platforms, network operations, service assurance, LLMs, platform reliability, consulting, or enterprise client delivery is preferred.
