Responsibilities
- Partner with Japan Sales teams to identify customer business challenges and technical requirements.
- Design and implement practical, scalable Generative AI solutions, including LLM, RAG, agent, and multimodal applications.
- Lead technical demos, architecture discussions, RFI/RFP responses, proof-of-concept design and delivery, and PoC-to-production conversion.
- Design end-to-end architectures covering model orchestration, knowledge bases, vector databases, API connectivity, and system integration.
- Evaluate and optimize production systems for accuracy, latency, cost, scalability, stability, and efficiency.
- Act as the technical lead in customer engagements and support commercial discussions, negotiations, deal closure, and account expansion.
- Build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders ranging from engineering teams to C-level executives.
- Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams and contribute to Japan-market localization and reusable industry solution frameworks.
Requirements
- Completing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to build and integrate applications through academic, internship, or personal projects.
- Proficiency in Python is preferred.
- Familiarity with Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG architectures, agent systems, or multimodal models.
- Exposure to deploying applications in cloud or containerized environments, including Docker, Kubernetes, or major public cloud platforms.
- Understanding of Transformer architecture fundamentals, prompt engineering, inference optimization, latency, and cost-efficiency considerations.
- Exposure to knowledge-base systems, vector databases, LangChain, or LlamaIndex through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects.
- Hands-on Generative AI or multimodal model experience through academic projects, internships, hackathons, competitions, or research is preferred.
- Ability to connect technical solutions with practical use cases and business impact and communicate technical ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
