Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the technical roadmap with the Product Owner.
- Mentor developers technically and support their professional growth.
- Design, develop, test, and document software with high standards for quality, performance, and availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead DevOps deployments on Docker Swarm and Kubernetes.
- Ensure platform observability, security, and operational stability while contributing to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java development, ideally with event-oriented architecture.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead.
- Experience with LLMs and/or document processing is advantageous.
- Strong technical leadership, mentoring, product orientation, quality focus, and familiarity with DevOps and multi-project agile environments.
