Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Identify prospective customers’ technical requirements and use cases and align them with Immersive’s technical and business value proposition.
- Deliver solution demonstrations, manage proofs-of-concept, and engage C-level executives and technical cybersecurity stakeholders.
- Act as a security advisor by building cyber skills programs, facilitating crisis simulations, and measuring organizational risk.
- Develop customer strategies and roadmaps for cyber workforce resilience and recommend improvements to cybersecurity programs.
- Drive adoption and maximize the value of the Immersive One platform through metrics, reports, insights, and program management.
- Deliver Executive Business Reviews and executive-level reports that support account health and expansion opportunities.
- Serve as an escalation point and liaison among sales, product leadership, Customer Success, and client accounts.
- Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams as the voice of the customer and contribute to product innovation.
- Remain informed about evolving cyber threats, trends, and technologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in information security practitioner or solution consulting roles, including pre-sales experience; Customer Success experience is highly desirable.
- Extensive client-facing consulting and presentation experience with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals, including computer hardware and software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
- Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM, and public cloud environments.
- Experience leading technical presentations for technical and non-technical audiences at all organizational levels.
- CISSP or similar industry qualifications are desirable but not required.
