Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with internal and external OT systems.
- Build and manage integrations using ServiceNow APIs and middleware solutions.
- Gather integration requirements and define data flows and interfaces with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across integrated systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues and failures.
- Implement logging, alerting, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Support workflow and business-process automation through integrations.
- Create and maintain technical integration documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing ServiceNow integrations.
- Strong experience with REST and SOAP APIs and JSON/XML data formats.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript and Glide API.
- Understanding of system integration patterns, data transformation, and data mapping.
- Familiarity with authentication methods such as OAuth and API keys.
- Ability to work in cross-functional Agile teams.
- Preferred experience with Azure integration services, including Logic Apps and API Management.
- Preferred experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure DevOps, monitoring, or ITSM tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is preferred.
- Enterprise-environment experience is preferred; Oil & Gas or OT experience is a plus.
- ServiceNow certification such as CAD or equivalent is preferred.
