Responsibilities
- Ensure the stability and performance of Zocdoc's core technology and data flows.
- Act as a proactive guardian of system integrations.
- Diagnose system failures and implement comprehensive solutions.
- Maintain high standards of data flow and system connectivity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in system integration health, API monitoring, and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to integrate generative AI tools into workflows.
- Proficiency in scripting/query languages like SQL, Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and incident management best practices.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or Prometheus.
- Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach.
