Base Salary
$240k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Break down mission use cases and user-defined problems, build MVPs, and rapidly evolve prototypes into cohesive applications.
- Scale existing applications by adding workflows, improving performance and scalability, and addressing customer pain points.
- Create high-performance, visually appealing, and responsive frontend solutions for complex use cases and large datasets.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams in designing, integrating, building, and deploying cohesive software systems.
- Collaborate with military and government users to understand requirements and translate them into software features.
- Deploy, test, and triage software at secure customer integration sites.
- Manage customer relationships while leading engineering teams and ensuring product quality, reliability, and performance.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. security clearance are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and at least eight years of work experience are required.
- Experience deploying software for Department of Defense or intelligence community missions is required.
- Demonstrated expertise with React, TypeScript, and Python is required.
- Experience developing and deploying software solutions in complex, high-security environments is required.
- Experience building full-stack applications, integrating APIs, and working with modern frameworks is required.
- Strong knowledge of performance-focused tools and techniques for rendering large datasets and building responsive interfaces is required.
- Strong ownership, communication, organization, and ability to work independently and collaboratively are required.
- An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, an advanced technical degree, and relevant U.S. military experience are preferred.
