Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Build and enhance reusable test automation frameworks.
- Perform API automation and validation using Rest Assured.
- Test REST and SOAP APIs, including request/response and integration validations.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automated testing.
- Analyze automation failures, identify defects, and support root-cause investigations.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain test cases, automation scripts, test data, and execution reports.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to support high-quality releases.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Experience designing or working with automation frameworks.
- Strong hands-on experience with Rest Assured for API automation.
- Good understanding of REST and SOAP web services.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automated test execution pipelines.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automation best practices.
- Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: experience with Git or other version-control tools.
- Preferred: knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Preferred: exposure to Maven or Gradle and test frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
