Responsibilities

  • Help developers, partner agencies, and enterprise customers understand and implement Storyblok and headless CMS solutions.
  • Create workshops, tutorials, documentation, webinars, instructional videos, product demos, sample applications, prototypes, and code samples.
  • Identify and document issues in Storyblok APIs, SDKs, and services and help external developers resolve technical problems.
  • Contribute code updates and bug fixes to public open-source SDKs, sample applications, and starter kits.
  • Monitor and engage with developer communities on Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Dev.to.
  • Represent Storyblok at online and in-person events, public speaking opportunities, meetups, and sponsored events.
  • Provide developer-community feedback to guide product, documentation, tutorial, and onboarding roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in web development.
  • Experience with CMS platforms; headless CMS experience is a plus.
  • Thorough knowledge of RESTful APIs; GraphQL experience is a plus.
  • Thorough knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework, such as Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte.
  • Experience with public speaking and organizing meetups or other events.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and English-language skills.
  • AI literacy and the ability to use AI tools with sound judgment and critical thinking.
  • Customer calls, developer support, developer relations, or technical writing experience is desirable.
