Responsibilities
- Help developers, partner agencies, and enterprise customers understand and implement Storyblok and headless CMS solutions.
- Create workshops, tutorials, documentation, webinars, instructional videos, product demos, sample applications, prototypes, and code samples.
- Identify and document issues in Storyblok APIs, SDKs, and services and help external developers resolve technical problems.
- Contribute code updates and bug fixes to public open-source SDKs, sample applications, and starter kits.
- Monitor and engage with developer communities on Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Dev.to.
- Represent Storyblok at online and in-person events, public speaking opportunities, meetups, and sponsored events.
- Provide developer-community feedback to guide product, documentation, tutorial, and onboarding roadmaps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web development.
- Experience with CMS platforms; headless CMS experience is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of RESTful APIs; GraphQL experience is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework, such as Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte.
- Experience with public speaking and organizing meetups or other events.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and English-language skills.
- AI literacy and the ability to use AI tools with sound judgment and critical thinking.
- Customer calls, developer support, developer relations, or technical writing experience is desirable.
