Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build complex scalable applications, microservices-based solutions, and AI-driven product capabilities.
- Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define end-to-end technology solutions.
- Develop production software across architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and cloud-native applications at scale.
- Improve application performance through performance tuning, troubleshooting, product quality practices, and continuous development.
- Drive developer productivity initiatives and apply AI-assisted coding practices, including code generation, automated unit test creation, and documentation synthesis.
- Integrate AI tools into IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, and code review systems.
- Follow security, compliance, and established software development standards while contributing to technology direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of professional experience, or a master's degree with 3+ years of experience, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience developing enterprise applications with Java, Python, or similar object-oriented languages.
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
- 3+ years of experience building and operating cloud-native applications at scale, preferably using AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and RDS.
- Ability to assess business needs and deliver effective technology solutions aligned with AI- and data-driven standards.
- Preferred experience in fintech domains such as payments, risk management, compliance, fraud detection, banking, or financial services.
- Preferred AWS Developer Associate, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent cloud certification.
- Preferred experience implementing AI-enabled products using LLMs, agentic workflows, vector databases, RAG architectures, or AI orchestration frameworks.
- Preferred experience driving developer productivity and AI-assisted software engineering practices at team or organizational scale.
