Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and support scalable enterprise applications and microservices-based solutions.
- Write hands-on production code and deliver software across architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define end-to-end solutions and simplify business processes.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and cloud-native applications at scale.
- Embed AI capabilities into core product workflows and support AI-driven product innovations.
- Improve application performance through performance tuning, troubleshooting, product-quality practices, and continuous development.
- Contribute to developer productivity initiatives, including AI-assisted code generation, automated unit test creation, and documentation synthesis.
- Integrate AI tools into developer workflows and follow security, compliance, and engineering standards.
- Assess business needs and contribute to technology direction and measurable business improvements.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of professional experience, or an MS with 3+ years of experience, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience developing enterprise applications with Java, Python, or similar object-oriented languages.
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
- 3+ years of experience building and operating cloud-native applications at scale, preferably on AWS and related services.
- Experience delivering production software through the full software development lifecycle.
- Preferred experience in fintech domains such as payments, risk management, compliance, fraud detection, banking, or financial services.
- AWS Developer Associate, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent cloud certification is preferred.
- Preferred experience implementing AI-enabled products using LLMs, agentic workflows, vector databases, RAG architectures, or AI orchestration frameworks.
- Preferred experience driving developer productivity and AI-assisted software engineering practices at team or organizational scale.
