Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for end-to-end solution delivery in collaboration with Product, SRE, QA, and Support.
- Develop scalable cloud security architecture through strategic planning and hands-on coding.
- Establish best practices for model versioning, reproducibility, auditing, compliance, code quality, and data privacy.
- Architect and lead the full machine learning lifecycle from development and training through production deployment and real-time inference.
- Build and maintain automated, resilient CI/CD and monitoring systems for backend and machine learning components.
- Evaluate and integrate MLOps tools and frameworks to improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Design cloud security solutions and resolve complex backend infrastructure and ML model challenges.
- Manage and optimize ML infrastructure and pipelines for performance, production integration, and operational cost reduction.
Requirements
- Strong background in machine learning and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of software development experience focused on cloud-native and SaaS applications.
- Experience designing and building large-scale distributed systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience across the full machine learning lifecycle, including model deployment and MLOps.
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
- Cybersecurity or network security product experience is preferred.
- Expertise with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies such as Kafka or Flink is preferred.
- Contributions to open-source cloud-native or MLOps projects are preferred.
