Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performing software solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices.
- Own service-level design, scalability, resilience, security, integration architecture, and data flows.
- Guide squad design patterns and integration decisions while contributing to decisions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components.
- Evaluate and improve software performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members and share software development best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Java architecture is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot is recommended.
- Advanced proficiency in custom application development, software engineering, and core Java EE design patterns is suggested.
- Experience with Java/Spring Boot, Redis distributed caching, and Kubernetes.
