Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and implement scalable, resilient, secure software solutions that meet client requirements.
- Guide squad-level design patterns, integration architecture, data flows, and service-level decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams to integrate software components and resolve technical problems.
- Evaluate and improve software performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members and share software development best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Java architecture and Java is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot is recommended.
- Advanced proficiency in custom application development, software engineering, and core Java EE design patterns is suggested.
- Experience with distributed caching using Redis and Kubernetes.
