Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and production delivery of enterprise AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Design RAG, Graph RAG, vector-data, knowledge graph, semantic layer, unstructured-data, training, validation, inference, feature-store, and intelligent document-processing architectures.
- Define and govern MLOps, LLMOps, GenAIOps, model monitoring, evaluation, observability, lineage, and governance practices.
- Advise senior and C-suite stakeholders on AI architecture, technology choices, scalability, and production readiness.
- Lead AI solutioning, proposals, RFP responses, and business development opportunities.
- Provide architecture leadership and mentoring to multidisciplinary Data & AI teams.
- Support secure, scalable, production-grade AI architectures across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
Requirements
- Strong experience in AI/ML solution architecture, Data Science, ML Engineering, or GenAI architecture with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end AI lifecycle, including data and feature engineering, model deployment, monitoring, and operations.
- Strong client-facing communication, C-suite advisory, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Industry experience in areas such as financial services, government and public sector, energy and utilities, telecom, consumer and retail, or real estate and infrastructure is preferred.
- Prior Big Four, consulting, system integration, or technology consulting experience is highly preferred.
- Experience across Egypt or MENA and willingness to travel across the MENA region based on client needs.
- Experience with AI platforms including Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Databricks Mosaic AI, IBM watsonx, and Hugging Face.
- Knowledge of LLMs, SLMs, RAG, Graph RAG, AI agents, multi-agent systems, knowledge graphs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge of computer vision, multimodal AI, OCR, document AI, conversational AI, predictive AI, optimization, and real-time decisioning.
- Experience with robotics, AI-enabled automation, human-in-the-loop solutions, and enterprise or operational-system integration.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, governance, explainability, fairness and bias controls, privacy, safety guardrails, human oversight, model risk, auditability, and AI monitoring.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, feature stores, training and inference pipelines, APIs, enterprise integration, model serving, evaluation, observability, monitoring, and data/model lineage.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud infrastructure, hybrid infrastructure, on-premise infrastructure, and GPU-enabled AI infrastructure.
