Base Salary
$150k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build growth loops including referrals and in-app shareables.
- Improve new user acquisition and user retention.
- Work on pricing and packaging strategies.
- Launch new markets and languages.
- Enhance the text to speech system.
- Improve audio and video streaming systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of industry experience as a Mobile Engineer, preferably in a startup.
- Proficiency in Kotlin and understanding of mobile architectures like MVC/MVVM.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose and mobile streaming technologies is a bonus.
- Familiarity with coding agents as collaborative tools in development.
- Knowledge of reactive programming (e.g., RX Java).
- Understanding of mobile build practices and Google Play Billing.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
