Base Salary
$220k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Evolve front-end architecture, including component libraries and global UI behaviors.
- Implement specialized UI components with a focus on performance and usability.
- Ensure components support accessibility and internationalization standards.
- Support product teams in adopting UI Platform components and patterns.
- Contribute to documentation and internal processes for consistent UI quality.
- Identify and drive improvements for UI-related technical debt.
- Mentor other engineers and participate in design reviews.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building UI for complex web applications.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Experience creating and maintaining reusable component libraries or design systems.
- Strong knowledge of UI performance and responsive interaction patterns.
- Familiarity with accessibility and internationalization principles.
- Experience improving developer experience through documentation and tooling.
- Ability to lead medium-to-large technical projects independently.
