Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and implement custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Develop and manage Workday Core Integrations using integration design patterns, middleware, APIs, and cloud-based integration platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead best practices that improve software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts with business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations and strong knowledge of integration design patterns and middleware technologies.
- Experience with API development and management.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and services.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Mandatory Workday-related certification.
