Responsibilities
- Guide backend architecture, testing, and technical decisions across teams to support scalable, high-quality delivery.
- Own complex tasks within large projects and independently lead smaller projects.
- Translate product requirements into clear, functional technical solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, product management, and design teams.
- Mentor peers and support pragmatic technical decision-making.
- Own stories, programming, and task coordination autonomously while following team working agreements.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in clean architecture, good engineering practices, and testing.
- Hands-on experience with event-driven systems.
- Pragmatic approach to technical solutions.
- Professional English communication skills for daily international collaboration.
- Experience designing systems with security and compliance by default for regulated environments is preferred.
