Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements, technology architecture, system interdependencies, and application stacks.
- Design, develop, maintain, and improve reusable automation frameworks and libraries.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, scenarios, and usage cases for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop automated testing tools and software validation processes for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Track test coverage, defects, bug fixes, resolutions, and mitigation techniques.
- Collaborate with Agile delivery, development, business, customer, and internal stakeholder teams.
- Support continuous deployment practices by developing strategies, processes, and tools.
- Perform backend or database programming for key projects.
- Document automation processes, test cases, debug data, and performance reviews according to Wipro guidelines.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skills in telecom switching, routing, and NE.
- Experience designing, developing, simulating, and testing automation solutions.
- Ability to create test plans and automated test cases for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional testing.
- Ability to develop technical specifications, resolve complex design issues, and track software defects.
- Ability to perform backend or database programming when required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with testers, users, developers, clients, and business subject matter experts.
