Base Salary
$200k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain resilient, scalable, and secure infrastructure for healthcare applications.
- Develop and implement automation for provisioning, scaling, monitoring, and security of cloud-native systems.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to optimize system performance and developer workflows.
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortem processes for continuous improvement.
- Cultivate a robust engineering and product culture within the company.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles, preferably in cloud-native environments.
- Expertise in IaC tooling such as Terraform and Helm, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools.
- Proficiency in one or more scripting/programming languages like Python, Go, or Bash.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.
- Excited and adaptable team player eager to disrupt the healthcare industry with AI/ML.
