Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, code, and test multiple application components across one or more clients.
- Perform application maintenance, enhancements, development, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Manage and configure PeopleSoft environments for performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot PeopleSoft applications and system integrations.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and help manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Share knowledge, mentor team members, and coordinate technical solutions with stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required; the additional information specifies a minimum of 8 years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft Administration is required.
- Experience managing and configuring PeopleSoft environments is required.
- Strong understanding of system integration and troubleshooting within PeopleSoft applications is required.
- Ability to perform application maintenance, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning is required.
- Familiarity with database management and scripting related to PeopleSoft modules is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
