Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrations and enhancements within NetSuite and ERP systems.
- Develop scalable solution architecture aligned with business goals.
- Define and implement integration strategies with other enterprise systems.
- Plan and manage projects on the organization's strategic technology roadmap.
- Collaborate with business owners to gather and analyze user needs.
- Define and refine software engineering best practices.
- Guide junior team members in solution design.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Engineer.
- Proven track record of implementing ERP solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Ability to translate strategic business priorities into technical solutions.
- Extensive experience in process improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication skills adaptable to all organizational levels.
- Expertise in bridging business and IT functions.
- Proficiency in SQL, XML, JSON, and web services (REST, SOAP).
- Experience with HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0.
