Base Salary
$144k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Run a modern, containerized service-oriented architecture using industry-leading software development practices.
- Ship code to production many times a day.
- Solve complex performance problems and scale software to support business growth.
- Build inclusive user interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Evaluate new technologies to improve the software stack.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining standards.
- Collaborate across teams to develop industry-leading products.
- Own large areas of the payments stack, including design and operation.
- Iterate on the native payment processing solution for US and EMEA clients.
- Work closely with Finance, Risk, and Product to define payment strategies.

- Experience owning end-to-end payment systems and integrations.
- Experience operating payment systems in production.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Risk.
- Experience leading projects or mentoring engineers.
- Experience ensuring financial correctness through reconciliation and data modeling.
