Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior client executives on infrastructure strategy.
- Lead architectural design and implementation for enterprise-scale hosting platforms.
- Champion DevOps philosophies and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Assess legacy ecosystems and design modern technical roadmaps.
- Establish enterprise DevSecOps frameworks for automated delivery pipelines.

- Shape Thoughtworks' cloud and infrastructure practice through collaboration.
- Establish observability standards across client platforms.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in platform engineering and cloud architecture across major IaaS platforms.
- Deep technical mastery in Infrastructure as Code tools and CI/CD delivery pipelines.
- Expertise in enterprise networking and software supply chain security.
- Hands-on experience with observability systems and Site Reliability Engineering.
- Ability to navigate complex ambiguity and make sound architectural decisions.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership to design technical strategies.
- Natural mentoring and leadership skills to inspire cross-functional teams.
- Commercial acumen with experience in shaping program scope and client proposals.
