Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ platform functionality and connectors to Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, HR systems, and SaaS applications.
- Design and build custom integrations and interfaces between the IAM platform and internal systems.
- Automate identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, and role assignment using PowerShell, Python, and Java/Groovy.
- Build REST API, SCIM, LDAP, and SOAP/XML integrations with data mappings and transformation logic.
- Implement access approval, escalation, and entitlement certification workflows.
- Analyze system, application, and Active Directory/Azure AD logs to diagnose provisioning and integration issues.
- Participate in code reviews and write unit and integration tests.
- Manage code in Git and maintain technical documentation for connectors and provisioning processes.
- Gather requirements from business and system owners and translate them into technical designs.
- Track work in Jira and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- Hands-on coding experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow is required.
- Approximately five years of relevant overall experience.
- At least three years of programming experience with Java, Python, and/or PowerShell.
- At least two years of experience with system integrations using REST API, SCIM, or LDAP.
- At least two years of experience with Git and CI/CD.
- At least two years of experience reading and analyzing system logs.
- A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, LDAP, and Kerberos.
- Technical understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID).
- Understanding of least privilege, separation of duties, and RBAC.
- Spoken and written Polish proficiency and English at B2 level.
- Experience with Saviynt, Okta Workflows, or a similar IGA platform is preferred.
- Microsoft SC-300 certification or willingness to pursue it is preferred.
- Exposure to Splunk or Sentinel in an IAM context is preferred.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
