Base Salary
$120k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own major portions of the product end-to-end, from understanding user needs through production launch.
- Build and improve agentic systems, including context engineering, tool use, and agent architectures.
- Develop full-stack features, including React and Vite frontend work when needed.
- Engage directly with users to scope useful product features.
- Use AI-first development tools and automation to increase engineering output.
- Review code and maintain high standards across the codebase.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on product engineering experience building and shipping products rather than consulting.
- Strong Go backend engineering skills focused on clean, maintainable code.
- Full-stack capability with comfort working in TypeScript and Vite.
- Demonstrated experience building a product from scratch through production.
- Hands-on experience with AI-first development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or coding agents.
- Experience building AI products, ideally agentic systems or AI coding tools.
- Former founder experience or an AI research background is a plus.
Benefits
