Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead for Salesforce development, including writing and deploying custom code.
- Utilize iPaaS tools to architect automation layers that reduce data entry and SaaS seat usage.
- Build a unified system where Salesforce serves as the single source of truth for AI-driven workflows.
- Oversee architectural compliance for major state launches to prevent technical debt.
- Audit usage across platforms to optimize licensing costs and automate manual tasks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical experience with a focus on Salesforce leadership and custom development.
- Hands-on proficiency in Apex; experience with Java or other enterprise languages is a plus.
- Strong experience with iPaaS tools like Workato or Zapier and integrating Salesforce with external APIs.
- Demonstrated competency in deploying AI solutions within an enterprise stack.
- Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work hybrid from the office.
