Base Salary
$144k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using configuration and code.
- Build and enhance Salesforce and GTM application solutions for various business teams.
- Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development and ensure quality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate needs into solutions.
- Support discovery, solution design, testing, and post-release support.
- Debug and resolve defects across Salesforce configurations and integrations.
- Document technical designs, configuration changes, and support procedures.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and follow development best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce development or enterprise application development.
- Experience with programming languages such as Apex, Java, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and application integration concepts.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly.
- Ability to gather and clarify requirements from business users.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with technical and business teams.
