Responsibilities
- Define business challenges with front-office and middle-office teams and translate them into business and functional requirements.
- Develop and maintain project artifacts, including test cases and project plans.
- Design and implement scalable technology solutions with development teams, data management, and architects.
- Analyze and document system flows and processes, including system and data interdependencies.
- Coordinate and document change requests from requirements through implementation.
- Analyze and develop new client reports with the Client Reporting department.
- Conduct system testing, coordinate end-user testing, and plan rollouts.
Requirements
- Experience with SQL, XML, JSON, and complex data and technical architectures.
- Experience using Python, VBA, .NET, and C#.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.
- Experience in data analysis and knowledge of asset management.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of trading, portfolio management, assets, and fixed-income and equity asset classes.
- Experience producing business requirements, functional specifications, system and workflow diagrams, documentation, and functional test plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and workflows while applying critical judgment for responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
