Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation to demonstrate GitLab’s platform capabilities.
- Drive the technical evaluation process, including solution design and proof of concept ownership.
- Collaborate with sales teams to shape account strategies for customer acquisition and expansion.
- Build relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders to guide them through digital transformation.
- Advise customers on modern software development and cloud practices to improve ROI.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing insights with internal teams to inform product development.
- Maintain technical expertise in GitLab and related technologies, creating best practice guidance.

Requirements
- Experience in technical pre-sales or consulting roles, guiding customers through solution design.
- Proficiency in the end-to-end software development lifecycle and modern DevSecOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab or similar CI/CD and collaboration platforms.
- Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and deployment options.
- Ability to lead technical evaluations and design workshops.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences, from technical teams to business leaders.
- Skill in building trusted relationships and acting as a customer advocate.
