Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery and translate customer requirements and domain expertise into tailored AI solutions.
- Build and execute secure, scalable Proof-of-Value projects involving LLMs, agents, RAG, tools, guardrails, and enterprise integrations.
- Design, prototype, demonstrate, and implement solutions on the Celonis platform for strategic customers.
- Support technical closing, ROI/TCO modeling, executive presentations, and value realization through adoption and operational transformation.
- Apply industry expertise to create reusable methodologies and assets that improve team-wide time-to-value.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of executive-facing presales or value engineering experience, including technical closing, accountable Proof-of-Value execution, ROI/TCO modeling, and AI transformation storytelling.
- Knowledge of core business processes and industry domains such as supply chain or finance, with the ability to advise business leaders.
- Python proficiency, API design, SQL, data integration, and experience with machine learning and AI libraries.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI, LLM orchestration, tool use or function calling, RAG, agents, prompt engineering, or enterprise agentic patterns.
- Experience with model deployment, monitoring, MLOps/LLMOps, and lifecycle management across cloud AI services.
- Understanding of cloud reference architectures, identity and access, data governance, privacy, and compliance.
- Strong executive presentation skills and exceptional executive presence; fluent English and native-level local-language proficiency.
- Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, business engineering, business information, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Applied knowledge of optimization, statistical analysis, reinforcement learning, or forecasting is a plus.
