Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and validation for DeepL Voice use cases.
- Advise on scalable, real-time voice AI architectures across the full stack.
- Work with BPOs and contact center providers to deploy and integrate voice AI.
- Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer insights.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years in Solution Architecture, Solution Consulting, or Technical Pre-Sales.
- Familiarity with voice stack technologies including SIP/VoIP/IVR and CCaaS platforms.
- Strong systems mindset for designing voice solutions in complex IT environments.
- Ability to build technical credibility with enterprise stakeholders.
- Fluency in Japanese and business fluency in English.
