Responsibilities
- Use AI-assisted development tools to rapidly prototype and ship internal operational tools.
- Build end-to-end workflow automations connecting case management systems, document stores, APIs, and LLMs.
- Create analyst-facing interfaces, triage tools, and summary generators using self-built applications, Retool, or similar tools.
- Apply LLMs to classification, case summarization, structured extraction, and decision support.
- Embed with operational teams to understand analyst workflows and translate pain points into shipped tools.
- Demo early, iterate from user feedback, instrument usage, and measure time saved or quality improvements.
- Document solutions and share reusable automation patterns.
Requirements
- Have used Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or a similar AI-assisted development tool to build a real project that solved an actual problem.
- Be comfortable with Python or willing to become productive with it within weeks.
- Have basic API fluency, including reading documentation, making requests, parsing responses, and chaining calls.
- Have familiarity with at least one LLM API, including prompting and handling structured output.
- Demonstrate a bias toward shipping, curiosity, and willingness to understand how systems work.
- Nice-to-have experience includes Zapier, n8n, Make, Retool, Gradio, Git, SQL, JSON or CSV at scale, and payments, fraud, compliance, or risk operations.
- A portfolio, GitHub profile, or demo that can be discussed is a nice-to-have.
