Base Salary
$81k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment of customer-facing features across the full stack.
- Modify database schemas, implement API endpoints, and build component-driven user interfaces.
- Review full-stack pull requests for readability, maintainability, and complete feature context.
- Write automated unit and integration tests as part of the development workflow.
- Contribute reusable components, helpers, shared frameworks, and company-wide architecture patterns.
- Collaborate through team huddles, pair programming, swarming, peer mentoring, and architecture guilds.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of software engineering experience with a recognized anchor specialty and working knowledge of the broader stack.
- Experience or comfort working with relational database schemas, API endpoints, and modern component-driven user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of continuous delivery principles and shipping small, frequent, stable increments.
- Interest in peer mentoring, pairing, team velocity, and clear communication.
- Eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a DoD Security clearance up to TS/SCI.
