Base Salary
$95k - $106k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure IT systems that support business operations, optimize performance, and minimize downtime.
- Integrate development, operations, and security practices to enable consistent and efficient software delivery.
- Use AWS CloudFormation and Terraform for infrastructure automation and management.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement security controls to mitigate risks.
- Track and remediate security incidents to maintain system reliability.
- Use CrowdStrike and Palo Alto Networks to enhance cybersecurity measures.
- Develop and deploy scalable solutions with Jenkins and GitLab.
- Analyze complex data to inform infrastructure improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with development and security teams on secure application delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or qualifying specialized training and progressively responsible work experience in lieu of missing college years.
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Preference for study in analytics/data science, artificial intelligence/robotics, business administration/management, computer science/information systems, economics, engineering, or mathematics/statistics.
- At least one relevant credential such as AWS Security Specialty, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
- Proficiency with AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.
- Python experience for security engineering and incident management.
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting security infrastructure.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in DevSecOps environments.
- Ability to build client connections in complex environments.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $95,000-$106,000 plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
