Base Salary
$90k - $117k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and test Enterprise IAM platform solutions and security capabilities.
- Support IAM break/fix requests, environment monitoring, and change management across development, QA, and production environments.
- Respond to Level 1 tickets involving bugs, outages, and feature requests.
- Ensure IAM solutions comply with regulatory, cybersecurity, and internal requirements.
- Maintain IAM policies, standards, procedures, and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with development teams, Cyber Defense, IAM service consumers, and other departments.
- Provide guidance on implementing and using IAM capabilities in enterprise systems.
- Support IAM processes and technology and contribute to ongoing system maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or 6–9 years of related work experience in lieu of the degree.
- At least 2 years of related experience, ideally in a Microsoft Entra ID environment.
- Understanding of SSO, MFA, passwordless authentication, PAM, and Identity Governance and Administration concepts.
- Understanding of OIDC, OAuth, SAML, API gateways, SCIM, Ping Identity, Okta, Microsoft Azure, and ForgeRock.
- Familiarity with modern software lifecycle development and automated cloud infrastructure deployment.
- Understanding of security objectives, system resilience, dependability, and the effects of environmental or operational changes.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
- Preferred qualifications include a STEM degree, relevant Microsoft Entra ID or security certifications, 4 or more years of related experience, and knowledge of ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI, FAA, GDPR, and PII requirements.
- Successful completion of an interview and reliable, punctual attendance are required.
