Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end billing system overhaul including CPQ configuration and ERP sync.
- Design and build integrations connecting product usage events to the billing platform.
- Establish change control and deployment practices for billing-critical systems.
- Collaborate with Finance, RevOps, and Analytics to validate billing outputs.
- Build systems that adapt to pricing model changes and volume growth.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building integrations across CPQ and billing platforms.
- Familiarity with quote-to-cash workflows and their practical challenges.
- Experience treating billing systems like production infrastructure with CI/CD practices.
- Strong change management discipline with a focus on safe deploys and audit trails.
- Technical capability to build and maintain integrations while collaborating cross-functionally.
