Responsibilities
- Utilize enterprise-level triage and incident resolution skills.
- Use modern system monitoring tools to enhance VA enterprise reliability.
- Collaborate with system and application owners to diagnose outages.
- Investigate issues across enterprise applications and technology stacks.
- Partner with teams to understand platform designs and enhance stability.
- Gain hands-on experience with tools like SolarWinds and Splunk.
Requirements
- 3+ years of expertise in troubleshooting tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.
- Extensive experience in technology areas such as Network, Windows, and Cloud.
- 8+ years of experience with IT system operability and application performance.
- 8+ years of experience deploying and troubleshooting complex applications.
- 1+ years of experience in service virtualization and cloud technologies.
- HS diploma or GED with 20+ years of experience or MA/MS with 10+ years.
