Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own multi-phase full-stack product capabilities from requirements to ongoing operation.
- Design and evolve scalable web experiences, services, APIs, and data models.
- Make architecture and scope tradeoffs balancing various technical factors.
- Improve observability, testing, and incident readiness while leading debugging efforts.
- Utilize AI and automation tools for implementation and operational workflows.
- Align cross-team dependencies and create reusable components and services.
Requirements
- 9+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience designing and operating large-scale, customer-facing web applications.
- Strong frontend skills with TypeScript or JavaScript and modern frameworks like React.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of multi-phase initiatives.
- Experience making architecture tradeoffs across various technical domains.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar systems and validate AI-generated outputs.
