Base Salary
$120k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and ship high-quality features across the stack.
- Lead technical design for significant features and third-party integrations.
- Own testing, code review, observability, performance, and production support.
- Mentor and support other engineers through code review and design feedback.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams to manage risk and deliver on schedule.
- Champion secure engineering practices for handling sensitive patient data.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture, tooling, and development processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional full-stack web development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and SQL Server for back-end development.
- Strong front-end skills with React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Solid grounding in API design and relational data modeling.
- Experience leading technical design and mentoring engineers.
- Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
