Base Salary
$176k - $253k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with product, clinical, and cross-functional teams to turn vision into shipped product.
- Own architecture and technical direction end to end for new member- and care team-facing experiences.
- Apply broad technical judgment across languages, frameworks, and systems.
- Set the quality bar with clean, well-tested, scalable code.
- Lead and mentor engineers, removing ambiguity and shipping quickly.
- Set 6–12 month technical direction and identify high-value work.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience writing readable, tested, and efficient code.
- Strong in at least one modern backend language, with the ability to work across the stack.
- Experience with Ruby or Python.
- Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and secure APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
- Understanding of DevOps concepts and principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
