Base Salary
$180k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own features across the full stack for enterprise customers.
- Design and implement scalable solutions including authentication and security features.
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and iterate on solutions.
- Contribute to technical decisions and architecture for the Enterprise platform.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Mentor other engineers and raise the bar for engineering excellence.
- Ship quickly and iterate based on customer feedback and usage data.
Requirements
- Strong full stack engineering skills with experience shipping production code.
- Experience building B2B or enterprise software products.
- Comfort working across the stack from databases and APIs to frontend frameworks.
- Strong product sense and ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with modern web technologies like React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Track record of shipping high-impact features and taking ownership of projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and domains.
