Base Salary
$180k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own full-stack features for enterprise customers, from backend services to user-facing interfaces.
- Design and implement scalable enterprise-readiness features for authentication, permissions, security, compliance, collaboration, and organizational adoption.
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and iterate on solutions.
- Contribute to technical decisions and architecture for the Enterprise platform.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Mentor other engineers and promote engineering excellence.
- Ship quickly and iterate using customer feedback and usage data.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering skills and experience shipping production code.
- Experience building B2B or enterprise software products.
- Ability to work across databases, APIs, and frontend frameworks.
- Strong product sense and ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with modern web technologies such as React, Node.js, and TypeScript, or similar technologies.
- Track record of shipping high-impact features and owning projects.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and domains.
- Preferred: experience with enterprise authentication and authorization systems, including SSO, SAML, or SCIM.
- Preferred: experience with AI/LLM integration in applications.
- Preferred: understanding of developer tools, internal tools, and workflows.
- Preferred: experience in a high-growth startup environment or contributions to open-source projects.
