Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle from design and development through production and measurement.
- Design, build, debug, test, validate, and ship backend and frontend applications.
- Use AI agents and AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, documentation, specification, pair programming, and deployment.
- Improve AI workflows through prompts, rules, skills, documentation, agent systems, and tool protocols.
- Act as a first responder for production issues and help maintain application health, stability, monitoring, and observability.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Quality in a high-ownership team environment.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to shared tools, knowledge bases, internal platforms, and the AI-agent foundation.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in at least one of Java/Spring Boot, Python, .NET, Go, or Angular, with the ability to learn additional technologies.
- Strong foundation in distributed systems, data structures, API design, database concepts, and cloud computing.
- Experience with clean-code practices, testing, CI/CD, version control, application monitoring, observability, and production debugging.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools for code generation, pair programming, and automated testing.
- Experience with agent systems, MCP/tool protocols, AI-augmented workflows, and evaluation and observability strategies for AI-generated outputs.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, understand customer and business impact, demonstrate technical curiosity, and own outcomes end-to-end.
- Preferred qualifications include contributions to shared tooling, internal platforms, or open-source projects, and experience in regulated industries such as gaming, financial services, or healthcare.
