Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements and functional specifications into code modules and software solutions.
- Configure, build, test, and debug application or technical architecture components.
- Develop core modules, participate in code reviews, and transition components to engineers.
- Implement and maintain business software solutions with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Develop software using modern technologies and refine solutions based on senior engineer feedback.
- Participate in software development lifecycle activities and agile ceremonies.
- Complete the Launchpad orientation, bootcamp, coaching, projects, and 12-month technology rotations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Completion of coursework or a program focused on software development or related skills, such as college coursework, a bootcamp, certification program, or coding academy, is required.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field is preferred.
- One year of software development or related experience is preferred.
- One year of experience implementing solutions through software development life cycles is preferred.
- One year of experience with database technologies, business systems, defect or incident tracking software, technical documentation, and Web Services is preferred.
- Experience with application and integration middleware is preferred.
