Quality Assurance Engineer (AI-Assisted Testing)

- Design and develop reusable AI-agent skills for quality engineering activities.
- Transform testing methodologies, quality standards, and engineering practices into executable agent capabilities.
- Create and maintain agent instructions, prompts, workflows, and domain-specific knowledge assets.
- Configure and customize AI-agent capabilities and integrate them into existing software delivery processes.
- Drive adoption of agentic engineering practices across multiple teams and applications.
- Develop and curate quality engineering knowledge repositories, playbooks, standards, and reusable assets.
- Establish methods to evaluate agent effectiveness, accuracy, reliability, and business value.
- Validate AI-generated outputs against engineering standards and project requirements.
- Identify and address quality risks associated with AI-generated content and decisions.
- Explore agent frameworks, orchestration approaches, and automation opportunities while contributing to AI strategy and broader organizational enablement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, test automation, or related technical disciplines.
- Experience working in Agile software delivery environments and familiarity with the software development lifecycle and quality engineering practices.
- Experience developing agents with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Vertex.
- Experience with several of the following: generative AI platforms and tools, large language models, prompt engineering, Python, knowledge-base design, workflow automation, API integration, RAG, and test automation frameworks.
- Preferred experience developing or configuring AI agents for enterprise use cases and building domain-specific AI skills and reusable automation assets.
- Preferred experience applying AI solutions within software delivery or quality engineering environments.
- Experience leading technical demonstrations, workshops, or training sessions and evaluating and improving AI-generated outputs is preferred.
- Financial services industry experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, storytelling, facilitation, stakeholder-management, collaboration, and continuous-learning skills.
